Cancellation policy

When you book an appointment with us you will be required to add the details of a valid card to secure the booking. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

While no upfront deposit is taken, we might still enforce cancellation and no-show fees in case no notice has been provided. 

If you need to cancel, modify or reschedule your appointment, and to avoid any fee, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

You can cancel, modify or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours prior to its scheduled time.  You can do it online in your Fresha account or alternatively you can text or call us 0834659291, or email us at info@phoenixmassagecentre.com.

Please do not use social media channels to contact us regarding this matter as they are not constantly monitored and your request could go unanswered.

If you attempt to cancel, modify or reschedule your appointment online less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be prompted to pay a cancellation fee. For “No-shows” (client doesn’t show up at the scheduled appointment and doesn’t provide any notice) a 100% fee will be applied to the card details added to secure the booking.

Please note that in case of multiple late cancellation we might request you to pay in advance the full amount for the treatment requested or enforce cancellation and no-show fees even if your request is sent more than 24 prior to your appointment.
