When you book an appointment you will be required to pay a deposit to secure the booking. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel, modify or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you may lose the deposit. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
